Mr. Shen Dancheng -- President, CEO and Chief Engineer
Mr. Shen is the founder and President of the SinoLab Technologies Co., Ltd. Prior to SinoLab, Mr. Shen served multiple management roles in Nanjing Telecom Institute, Canalab Technologies Inc, and Shenyang Boren Technology Company. At Nanjing Telecom Institution, Mr. Shen oversaw the operation of product development and marketing. Under his management, Nanjing Telecom established itself as one of the leading companies in the field of digital switching system, telecom subscriber line testing. At Canalab, Mr. Shen severed as the chief developer in charge of PCB designing and DSP programming. At Shenyang Boren, he built and managed the engineering department and developed several key products for the company.
Mr. Shen has a Bachelor Degree of Engineering from Shanghai Jiaotong University and a Master degree in Electronic Engineering from Nanjing University of Posts and Telecommunication. Mr. Shen also serves as the chair of the Master program qualification committee for the Nanjing University of Posts and Telecommunications.
Mr. Zhang Hongming -- Vice President and Chief Administration Officer
Mr. Zhang is the vice president and chief administration officer of the SinoLab Technologies Co., Ltd.
Mr. Zhang is responsible for the administration and marketing of the company. Prior to joining the company, Mr. Zhang served as business director of China for Ingersoll Rand Corp., a position he held from 2006 to 2008. Prior to Ingersoll Rand Corp, Mr. Zhang spent 5 years at Honeywell Ltd as their national business manager in charge of both direct and channel business in China, including sales, operation, marketing and P&L. He achieved more than 50% growth in sales for each year he spent at Honeywell.
Mr. Zhang also has strong technical background. Earlier in his career, Mr. Zhang spent 16 years with Ma Anshan Iron & Steel Design Institute as senior engineer, worked numerous important projects across the country.
Mr. Zhang has a Bachelor Degree from Shanghai Jiaotong University.
Mr. Zhang Wei -- Vice President and Senior Engineer
Mr. Zhang Wei is the vice president and senior engineer in charge of manufacture, production and Q&A.
Prior to joining SinoLab, Mr. Zhang served as the chief technology officers at Guoguang Electronic Information Technology Co., Ltd, which is a 1st class state-owned enterprise. Prior to Guoguang Electronic, he served at Tuopu Automobile Parts Technology Co., Ltd as senior manager in product development. Over the years, Mr. Zhang acquired valuable experience and knowledge in product development and production. Mr. Zhang was awarded third prize of the national scientific and technological progress award.
Mr. Zhang has a Bachelor Degree of Science from Huazhong University of Science and Technology.
