SinoLab CAC is designed specifically for China Telecom business users to eliminate the inconvenience and shortcomings the current Centrex service present. The Centrex service is the important part of current telecom services. The Centrex service can realize the basic functions of PBX and furthermore provide lots of new services. Therefore the Centrex service has been widely adopted in many industries, such as company, university, school, hotel, hospital, etc. However, when China Telecom prompting the Centrex service, some shortages of Centrex service occurred: 1) No unified external phone number for businesses: Each sub-line has to have different phone number. 2) No instant timing and billing function: difficult to control cost. 3) No internal call management within the company: difficult to manage phone calls and assign authorities. Hence China Telecom seeks better solutions.
The development of the SinoLab Centrex Attendant Console is supported and oversaw by the IT department of China Telecom. It provides great supplements to the Centrex in terms of functionalities and value add-ons. We plan to establish formal strategic partnership with China Telecom within 2009 and start distribute the SinoLab Centrex Attendant Console systems by China Telecom to its enterprise customers.
